1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Account information (name, email, phone, business details)
  • Customer data you upload (names, phone numbers, visit history) — you retain ownership
  • Usage data (features used, campaigns sent)
  • Device and browser information
  • Payment information (plan, amount — we do not store card details)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To provide and improve the Loylar service
  • To send your WhatsApp campaigns (via your number)
  • To generate AI-powered insights and churn scores
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send product updates and important notices
  • We do NOT sell your data or your customers' data
  • We do NOT use your customers' data for any purpose other than providing you the Loylar service

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Data stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers in Asia region. Industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access controls — only you can access your data. Admin access for support purposes only, with full audit logging.

4. YOUR CUSTOMERS' DATA

  • Customer data you upload belongs entirely to you
  • Loylar processes it only to provide you the service
  • You are responsible for having appropriate consent from your customers to store their data
  • Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you are the data fiduciary for your customers' data
  • Customers can request deletion — contact you directly or us at support@loylar.com

5. DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained while your account is active, with a 30-day recovery period after account deletion. To request immediate deletion, contact support@loylar.com. Some data may be retained for legal compliance.

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION

  • We do not sell your personal information
  • Service providers: Google Firebase (storage), Resend (email), WhatsApp (message delivery)
  • Legal requirements: if required by Indian law
  • Business transfers: in case of merger/acquisition, you will be notified

7. WHATSAPP USAGE

Messages sent via your personal WhatsApp number are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Business API messages go through your chosen WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. Loylar does not store message content after sending.

8. COOKIES

  • We use essential cookies for authentication only
  • No advertising or tracking cookies
  • No third-party analytics cookies

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Loylar service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
