Loylar is a small, early-stage team building AI-powered customer retention tools for salons, spas, gyms, and restaurants across India — businesses that are usually left out when software gets built. We're still figuring a lot out, and we're looking for people who are comfortable with that. If you're product-minded, don't need a detailed spec to get started, and genuinely care about helping small offline businesses grow, you'd probably fit right in.

What matters to us

• Small team, real ownership. No layers of approval — whatever you build ships, and you own the outcome.
• We talk to customers directly. Product decisions come from actual conversations with retailers, not guesswork.
• Remote-friendly, low bureaucracy. We care about output, not hours logged or meetings attended.
• We move fast. Ship, learn, adjust — we'd rather ship an imperfect version this week than a perfect one next quarter.
